I’m using it to quit smoking. It rolls really well. And this tastes better than two other kinds that I got. Bear blends as well as in Arabic branded one call royal tobacco or something like that. I like all three but this is my favorite by far. Simplest ingredients in the marshmallow and raspberry really is nice
